This 2-day Safety Leadership training course is designed for executives, senior managers, and key decision-makers responsible for fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring the effective implementation of a Safety Management System (SMS). The program focuses on both the human and process aspects of safety leadership, equipping participants with the skills to overcome barriers to SMS, promote psychological safety and just culture, and use safety data for informed decision-making. Through practical strategies, case studies, and interactive discussions, leaders will learn how to influence safety culture, enhance decision-making, and align safety goals with operational success. By the end of the course, participants will have a clear roadmap for embedding strong safety leadership practices within their organization, ensuring regulatory compliance, improved safety performance, and a more engaged workforce.
